Agents Boyd O’Brien Bartholomew reported a yarding of 552 head of cattle. Quality pens of restocker steers and heifers sold to a stronger market, as did lines of trade and export feeder steers. Grain Trade cattle where in short supply and sold firm on last week’s rates. A very good quality line of cows were yarded with the top end cows selling well on last weeks very strong rates whilst the lesser quality types sold slightly easier. The bull market remained strong.
