ANGUS WEANER STEER CALVES TO 899.2C KG
Agents Boyd O’Brien Bartholomew reported at yarding of 320 head of cattle at Moreton on Tuesday. Quality lines of weaner steers and heifers sold to record prices. Fierce competition from both local and travelled buyers saw prices reach levels way above vendors expectations. Feeder steers and heifers sold to a firm to slightly dearer market. Export sold very well, continuing last weeks trend. Grain assisted steers and heifers also sold to a very strong panel of buyers.
